Personal Training


Our personal training programs have various options. From 1-1 training with one of our specialized trainers or semi private style with yours truly Brandon Isaac. Even though it is labelled “Semi Private” you will still get your own personalized program and individual workouts, it just means you might be doing your own workouts with other members in the same time frame. This is a very positive way to stay committed to long term training as the cost drastically decreases which means you can get in more sessions per week for 1/3 of the price. More sessions equals faster and more consistent results. All personalized training comes with a nutrition baseline program and is tailored to each specific member.
