About This Class

Our Small Group Personal Training style Bootcamps are designed to help you reach your physical and mental goals in the gym through a class setting. Maxing out at 12 members per class, this gives our trainers the opportunity to fully engage with the clients to ensure proper form is used and the right muscles are firing while being able to be personable with each member. We focus on teaching members how to strength train and consistently progressively overload to maximize results to build muscle and burn fat.
